Do you love literature and creative writing? Do you dream of earning an 英语 degree that translates into marketable skills across a wide variety of careers? BSU的 Department of 英语 提供了四个 undergraduate 英语 program concentrations that allow you to tailor your experience with a creative writing degree, 英语 literature degree, 英语 education degree or general writing program. We also offer five 英语 master’s degree program 选项.

BSU 英语 degree graduates go on to careers in education, 业务, 市场营销, media and publishing, or they matriculate in our graduate 英语 degree or our Master of 艺术 in teaching degrees. We also offer an accelerated joint BA/MA program.

Our 英语 program helps prepare you for future careers with experiential learning opportunities such as:

Taking part in student publishing. Our award-winning literary and arts journal, 这座桥, affords 英语 degree students opportunities to gain editing and publishing skills.
Meeting famous writers. Each semester, we host an evening with a current published author.
Intensive study via BSU的 honors program. 的 honors program affords opportunities for scholarly research, which builds resumes and prepares you for advanced degree work.
